Earlier this week LG confirmed that the G Pro 2 will make its debut in February. Presumably launching at Mobile World Congress in late February, there's little else to know about the smartphone..officially.
Indeed, LG has again opted for the rear-mounted button configuration we first saw in the LG G2. The photos obtained by the site show a white handset with chrome accents, but we'll probably get a black option as well. Thanks to a pair of leaked images out of Korean Web site DC Inside (translate), we have a general idea as to what the G Pro 2 looks like.
Rumors swirling around these past few weeks suggest that the LG handset could be quite the flagship experience. Details thus far include a 6-inch 1080p HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB RAM, and support for both LTE and LTE-Advanced connectivity.
In terms of software, the G Pro 2 should run at least Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, but we might hope for something KitKat flavored.
